PUBLIC DIPLOMACY

     In literature there are different descriptions of the Public Diplomacy therefore for a better comprehension we introduce a wide summary of the topic to see different aspects.

PUBLIC DIPLOMACY BUILDS RADICAL RELATIONS: 
“Public Diplomacy’s main aim is to build radical relations. Understanding the other countries’ needs, cultures and people; sharing the aspects, fixing the misunderstandings, finding the common shares are the main targets of the public diplomacy. Public diplomacy is based on the assumption of a country’s image to be a power to create an agreeable environment for personal interactions”. GOVERNEMENTS’ COMMUNICATION POLICY: “ Public diplomacy is the governments’ communication policy and process that aim to introduce a nation’s own opinions and ideals, establishments and culture and also international intentions and current policies to the foreign publics.” (Hans N. FOREIGN POLICY ORIENTATION: "Public Diplomacy consist  the role of the media in international relations to develop self-government on the basis of public opinion, a country’s private establishments interacting with  establishments of another country non-governmentally and  this international process that includes the effects of orienting to policy development and foreign affairs…” (Hans N. DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL DIPLOMACY:  "Public diplomacy... Deals with the influence of public attitudes on the formation and execution of foreign policies. It encompasses dimensions of international relations beyond traditional diplomacy; the cultivation by governments of public opinion in other countries; the interaction of private groups and interests in one country with those of another; the reporting of foreign affairs and its impact on policy; communication between those whose job is communication, as between diplomats and foreign correspondents; and the processes of inter-cultural communications."
